This hotel has 240 guest rooms over 13 floors. A variety of rooms are available with single, double, twin or triple beds. Bathrooms are fitted with a combined bathtub and shower and supplied with a full set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, toothbrush sets, shaving razors, combs, and cotton buds. Free wired and wireless internet access is available in all guest rooms. This hotel also has special Ladies Rooms which come with extra amenities and equipment such as an ion facial steamer, a foot massager, moisturizing face masks, makeup remover, and facial cleansing oil. Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served in the 1st floor Italian restaurant, Salvatore Cuomo from 7.00 to 10.30 with last entry at 9.45. This is a buffet breakfast with both Western and Japanese dishes and using the freshest Hokkaido ingredients. The buffet features eggs, fish, curry, rolled pizza, prosciutto, rice, miso soup, freshly baked bread, plenty of vegetables, and Italian desserts. Breakfast costs 1,480 yen for adults and 800 yen for elementary school-age children (including tax). Pre-schoolers can eat for free.
Buffet breakfast at Salvatore Cuomo
Salvatore Cuomo is also open for lunch between 11.30 and 14.30 (last orders at 14.00) and for dinner between 17.00 to 23.00 (last orders at 22.30) serving oven-baked pizza, pasta, and Hokkaido seafood with fine Italian wine. On Fridays and Saturdays this restaurant stays open till 24.00 with last orders at 23.00. Salvatore Cuomo also provides room service until 22.30.

This hotel has a 24-hour reception desk with friendly and helpful English-speaking staff who can advise you on the best local dining locations or make taxi reservations. Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 11:00. Luggage can be stored at the reception desk before checking in or after checking out.

For security reasons the front entrance is locked between 2.00 and 6.00. During this time guests can use the car key for their guest room to enter the building. There is also an intercom if you forget your card key. To move between floors you will also need to use your card key to use the elevator.
There is an affiliated parking lot beside the hotel which costs 1,500 yen per night. Parking is on a first-come first-served basis and reservations are not possible.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sapporo Susukino is a 2 minute walk from Hosuisusukino Station on the Toho Subway Line and 3 minutes from Susukino Station on the Namboku Subway Station and also 3 minutes from Sapporo Streetcar Susukino Station. This area is convenient for the Susukino entertainment area, Odori Park, Ganso Ramen Yokocho, and the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade.
