Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex is located directly across from Dormy Inn Premium Sapporo on the Tanukikoji shopping arcade and offers a similar level of service and hospitality at very reasonable room rates. In addition to the spa facilities of Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex, guests at this hotel also have full access to the common bathing and massage facilities of the Premium building.

Guests at this hotel may also take advantage of the dining facilities at the Premium building. Located on one of Sapporo’s most popular shopping streets and highly convenient for both the subway and streetcar networks this hotel is a great base from which to explore the city’s attractions.

Guest Rooms

Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex has a 134 guest rooms which include 110 rooms with double beds, 8 rooms with twin beds, and 16 rooms with deluxe twin beds.

Guest rooms are supplied with free wired and wireless internet access, a writing desk and telephone, an LCD TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, a safe for valuables, an electric kettle and tea making facilities, a negative ion hair dryer, nightwear, slippers, a down quilt and memory foam pillows. Bathrooms are supplied with body soap, 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving razors, combs, and a full set of towels.

Breakfast & Dining

Breakfast is served across the street in the 1st floor restaurant of the Dormy Inn Premium building. Breakfast here is served between 6.30 – 9.30 with last entry at 9.00. This is an all-you-can eat buffet breakfast with both Western and Japanese items, including plenty of eggs, seafood, fruit, vegetables, salad, bread, rice, soup and juice. The breakfast fee is 2,000 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for children aged between 3 and elementary school age, and there is no charge for children aged 2 or under.

As a special service for guests of both the Premium and Annex hotels, free soba (buckwheat) noodles are available every night at the Premium building restaurant between 21.30 and 23.00.

Other Services & Facilities

Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex has a 24-hour reception desk with staff who speak both English and Japanese. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage can be stored at reception before checking in and after checking out.

The following items can be borrowed from reception: an iron, a trouser press, a lamp stand, a mobile phone charger, extra pillows, and a wheelchair.

This hotel has its own spa with indoor and outdoor heated baths, cold baths and saunas. The spa facilities are separated by gender with the men’s spa on the 1st floor and the ladies’ spa on the 2nd floor. The spa facilities are open from 15.00 until 10.00 the following morning. However, the saunas are closed between 1.00 and 5.00 in the morning. Similar spa facilities are also available on the 2nd floor of the Premium building which Annex guests are also free to use. The Premium spa also has a massage corner with massages available between 17.00 to 25.00. Massages can be booked at the Annex reception.

This hotel has two self-service laundry corners on the 1st and 2nd floors which adjoin the spa facilities. There are washing machines which are free to use and free laundry detergent. The dryers here are coin-operated and cost 100 yen for a 20-minute spin.

Soft drinks vending machines are located on the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 9th floors.

Smoking booths are located on the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 9th floors.

The hotel has parking available for 28 cars which costs 1,500 yen per night. If the hotel parking lot is full, hotel staff will direct you to a nearby affiliated parking lot.

Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex is located on the Tanukikoji shopping arcade and is a 6-minute walk from Odori Station on the Namboku, Toho, and Tozai subway lines. It is also just 4 minutes from Tanuki Koji Station on the Sapporo Streetcar network.
